Yes, if it was in sandbox mode and assuming the test was successfully as in the order went into "processing" or "completed", then it is treated like a real order within WooCommerce.

If they support a shortcode in the slider then yes you can do it. So ask the developer of that plugin if they support WordPress shortcode in their plugin.

In that case it would not as when the order goes into cancelled, stock is released back into the inventory.
