i am getting the following error when someone trys to pay with their paypal account.
Error #1. User authentication failed: 11452-Merchant not enabled for reference transactions. Please contact PayPal Merchant Technical Support (www.paypal.com/mts) and request Recurring Billing service, and also ask to have Reference Transactions enabled for Recurring Billing via Express Checkout.
I have signed up to a paypal pro account and have had it approved, i have s2member pro.
All my services are live within paypal

I havent set my paypal ipn could that be causing the issue?
Do i still need to leave all my basic paypal option in aswell
Please help need this fixed as soon as possible
