I have searched all over google and the forums but I can't seem to find a recent answer for why orders that have been purchased, paid for and ready to ship are "on-hold". Maybe there is a simple explanation but I couldn't find any good documentation that explains why an order would be on-hold if it has already been paid for. Thanks for any insight into this issue.
Also it seems like some but not all of the paypal subscriptions get stuck on pending, but then I can manually set them to processing. Is there a reason that this is not automatic?
