Hello All,
I've encountered a problem during checkout using Paypal Express Checkout and cart discount coupons.
In short, whenever I apply % discount coupons to my cart, I receive the following error from Paypal:
SetExpressCheckout API call failed.
Error Code: 10413
Error Severity Code: Error
Short Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.
Detailed Error Message: The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
I'm guessing this is due to some sort of rounding issue on one side or the other - that is, that either Woocommerce is rounding the discounted cart value and Paypal is not expecting rounding, or vice versa.
To reproduce:
1) browse to http://www.firstdistrictcoffee.com/shop/
2) click Add to Cart under the first item shown ("Colombia")
3) on the cart page, apply the following coupon code: "localsonly"
4) click Checkout With Paypal at the bottom of the screen
A generic error is shown at the top of the page, but Paypal is emailing the specifics shown above.
I'm running:
Wordpress: 4.2.2
Woocommerce: 2.3.1.3
Paypal for Woocommerce: 1.1.6.3.4
Any tips/suggestions would be most welcome, as this has eliminated my ability to run promos.
