I have an e-Commerce WP website and sometimes I seem to be receiving what is coming through on our paypal notification as the customers' SHIPPING ADDRESS but is in actuality the customers' BILLING ADDRESS. I have had several customers writing to me saying they have not received their orders in the mail only to find out that their packages were shipped to their BILLING ADDRESS despite the fact that they had entered their desired SHIPPING ADDRESS (different from their BILLING ADDRESS) on our website when ordering.
It seems this glitch of receiving BILLING ADDRESS when we should be receiving their SHIPPING ADDRESS seems to happen when customers are ordering from us via mobile, but this is just speculation at this point.
Could this be due to using an old version 4.2.2? Should I update to the new version? I am slightly afraid doing so may cause more issues.
