Additional information related to the above post that I forgot to include in the above post.

WP eCommerce version: 3.9.3 (after upgrade is when I started to get error messages.
Gold Cart version: n/a
Theme: twenty thirteen
I did this: when customers add an item to their cart and go to check out. they put in all their information and hit "purchase" which takes them to paypal to continue the check out process.
I expected WPeCommerce to do this: to provide the information to paypal and the customer could check out properly. On the previous version of wp ecommerce 3.9.2 (which i still have running on another site works fanstastic still)
Instead it did this: The customer gets the following error message: "Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."
I found on paypal: To prevent this error, remove the Address_Override variable from your payment request.
I do not know how to do what paypal suggests. Any help would be appreciated.
