dannyski on "[Plugin: Booking System (Booking Calendar)] Paypal & Pay on arrival options vanished"

Hello,
I have gone to use the booking system today and the Paypal/Pay on arrival options have disappeared from the booking form. I have tried disabling and re-enabling them both but cant seem to get them to reappear.
