so is this working with Paypal Standard?

And how can i disable HTTPS? i've done this http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2013/08/debugging-httpsssl-issues/
i've made this plugin, but still got ERROR
The requested URL /membership-account/membership-checkout/ was not found on this server.
