As per my original post at top of this thread, that price is correct and is what I saw at that stage. However it is not what the customer was actually charged, nor what Coursepress indicated post payment (see original post).
I understand premium takes precedence, but you'll never get new premium customers if they try the free service first and experience this. It's also worrying that you have so many support calls, does this indicate the premium products have lots of problems too?
