Thanks again for your patience previously. Unfortunately, we had a massive influx of support requests through our premium forums recently thus why there was a delay here. I hope you'll understand, we do our best to assist as quickly as possible though our premium forums do take precedence.

Could I ask for you to confirm that amount seems correct (sorry there is a currency conversion there) and that you're seeing different?
