ozdecor on "[Plugin: Jigoshop] paypal order that are not paid are being marked pending same as paid ones"

hello
my unpaid paypal orders are being marked as pending, same as paid paypal orders. my credit card orders ware marked as pending if paid and on hold when payment fails. But paypal marks them as pending whether paid or not.
jigoshopn is latest version

Is this a bug?
