creadywp on "[Plugin: TablePress] PayPal Button in cell"

I am wanting to enter a PayPal buy now button in the cell of a TablePress table. I entered the <form> and the button works, but there's a warning under the cell in the table with a lightbulb and "text in box". Any idea what the problem might be?
