you can't pay with PayPal without an account
you have to create a PayPal account if you would like to pay with creditcard or not => PayPal have cancelled the option to pay with creditcard without an account for years...
this "Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don't have a PayPal account"
is simple false - since years.
