I have this page, I am using Namaste plugin for my courses. Just having a hard time finding solution on how to show things like this, please see link

Please see link(I have just made an image sample). I want the first lesson (as if lesson is created) - when click will go to the another page Mobile Marketing for Business and "Register this course" button, when customer click on the button will go to booking and reservation (courses). After submit go to paypal gateway to complete the register process.
Any help are much appreciated, thanks a lot.
