I don't think the "Maya Theme" will fulfil your requests,its because its just a theme and it won't comes with any special functions to accomodate multi seller feature.
But i have found multi vendor themefor wordpress and hopefully it will fulfil your requests such as
woocommerce support-Yes
Paypal adaptive payments -Yes
Guest checkout -Yes
coupon/discount -yes
Product inquiry -Yes
...
