Hey Mihai- so I manually updated the 6 changed files from that pull request on Github and gave 3.8.14.1 another shot. Unfortunately it had me stuck in an error loop when I'd try to continue on from the checkout page to Paypal. As soon as I clicked the button I'd get an error message telling me I had to "choose a shipping option", but there was nothing to choose from as I don't have any shipping options turned on...
One other thing I noticed was that when I selected to use the same shipping/billing address, my shipping charges got wiped out and I had to go back up to the top of the form and reselect my country/state and "recalculate". This also happened when I tried to submit the form and got the choose shipping option error.
