xmlwerks on "[Plugin: s2Member Framework (Member Roles, Capabilities, Membership, PayPal Members)] Signups get Level 0 not 1"

I specify Level="1" in my Paypal shortcode, but the users go through they payment process and get WP level 0 access accounts (so they continue to see the Join/Signup page) . The debug log for the Paypal API is clear, the user_level is 0, but notice that the S2member_level1 is true. Can I use S2 or do I need Pro? (I have Pro installed).
