I am getting the below error message, is there anybody that might be able to help with this?

There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later.
I don't see a way to plug in the paypal API into the Event Registration plugin, nor any account information being needed.All I see is a drop down box for paypal and then return URL and logo URL information. Should there be more options when I choose paypal?
