I am having the same issue. I originally had "use form submission method" checked because the site wouldn't allow PayPal to process orders for some users. After un-checking it the cancel function on the PayPal worked properly but once again orders are not able to be processed.

What does IPN history say? Does it successfully reaches your site?

The IPN history shows "sent" for each one, and when I click on the message ID, the IPN type shows "transaction made".

@carfis Ah, that's too bad. They should update their site about it... But they're so inconsistent between products and countries.

Would another of the payment gateways supported be available in Germany? Also, we're working on the Stripe integration, not sure if that's there.

It is shows 200 response code or another?

On the dashboard, it shows Paypal under top referrers with many visits, but no sales. I'm sure some of them must be abandoned carts, but am I losing sales from an unknown error somewhere else?

I use S2member on my websites to simultaneously sell subscriptions AND an associated physical product which requires that I collect shipping charges based on the destination and weight of my product.

I need to pass on the variables 'weight' (set to a weight value) and 'no_shipping'(set to '2') so that I can properly charge shipping for the product and require paypal to collect the subscriber's physical address.

Would you please add Paypal 'weight' and 'no_shipping' HTML variables to the Paypal button short codes or at least the ability for the shortcode to recognize those variables?

I've installed this plugin form on my website with PayPal. I did a test and sent money and it worked. We also received one registration in June that worked fine. Today, someone tried registering and the payment did not work for them. They tried registering twice (received both registrations)but neither payment went through to PayPal. I called PayPal and there were no attempts made from what they could see on their end, so they said it was a shopping cart issue in Form Maker. I really need this resolved ASAP as others are going to be trying to register and pay. I don't think there is something wrong with my setup because there were two successful transactions previously.

Hi I've just set up Woocomerce on my webshop http://hisforhome.com/.

We had our first sale today but when payment was made it came through as 65.73 USD instead of £65.73. I have the shop set up with products showing in ££s, my Woocommerce admin settings are in ££s and my default PayPal account is ££s. The customer was also in the UK.

I've Googled my problem but can't seem to find anyone else who's experienced this. Please can you assist?

Firstly, please tell us where have you seen the problem. Meaning, the form did not redirect to PayPal at all, or the problem occurred when making the payment. Please specify this and also send the form link to info@web-dorado.com, so we can take a look.

New user here. On the checkout page using the standard PayPal Gateway, the button at the bottom of the page says:"Proceed to Paypal". Because I have change the paypal.png to include credit cards as well as the PayPal icon, I would like to change the button text to just say "Proceed"

I found the text sting in class-wc-gateway-paypal.php in this line:

$this->order_button_text = __( 'Proceed to Payment', 'woocommerce' );

While I can change it here I don't want to mess with the core code. I was hoping you could tell me what how/what I should I put in my customs functions.php file to override the woocommerce php file. Thanks

if I buy the PayPal extension, is it possibile to set a maximum number of items a client can buy with cash?
I mean to avoid stupid pranks, if one order 10+ pizzas, he must pay in advance with PayPal.
